Letting a property can be a nightmare!! There is SO much to consider from the tenancy agreements, rent collection, decoration and repairs, legislation, taxation and MANY MANY more. It can also rise in value overtime and prove a good investment in the cash value of the home or land that you buy and of course, you can use it as part of your overall strategy to begin building wealth but most importantly, done correctly, a property will give you a passive income which is money being earned regularly with little or no effort on the part of the person who is receiving it!! Leaving you more time to do the things you enjoy doing.
