When purchasing off plan you have to consider many factors, price indicators, deposit, legal implications, rentability, short/long stop dates, snagging, finance, what is included (furniture, blinds, appliances etc), your choice of solicitors, previous developments by the builders, assignable contract situation, NHBC qualifications, is the developer insured, due diligence, comparable evidence, what % is off plan, launch price, how realistic are the CGIs, service charges and ground rents (where applicable), projected realistic rental figures and so on.
